How often does our
company come out?
Most customers with 1-2 small to medium dogs, prefer service twice a week.
Do we work through the winter?
Yes.
Dogs keep making poop mines all year long, and our company continues to clean up and remove dog waste through the winter.
What happens when it rains?
We
usually work in the rain. Heavy rainfall or lightning may stop us. We will make up the work later in the week.
Should I unlock my gate?
Yes, please have your gate
unlocked on your service day. If that doesn't work, we can discuss the best fit for your needs.
Can we work with
your dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We love dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not
let our worker into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will
not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain your dog while we perform your weekly services.
We
do not want to take unnecessary risks with your dog.
If your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to
do the work you will be responsible for the service call fee.
How do I pay you?
We will send you an invoice by mail or email at the end of each month. We accept the following forms of payment:
cash, personal check, cashiers check, money order, and credit card (via Paypal). If you prefer another payment method, contact us. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No -- We do not require a contract, there is no minimum service period, and there
is no advance notice required to cancel service.
Is there an extra charge for the first time?
There may be an extra charge for the first
service if there is a lot of accumulated waste in your yard.
Is
it possible to get a one-time-only service?
Sure! One-time-only, or short term service can be arranged.
Will you scoop cat, hamster and bird poop?
Yes, yes and yes. We are happy
to help keep any kind of poop off of your lawn or out of your home.
THANK
YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
